Bloating and Weighing

Is it normal to bloat at night and have the scale say you weigh more than you actually do? And when is the best time of day to weigh yourself?I get on the scale every night and every morning. Each morning I weigh less than the day and night before. Is that the right time to weigh myself?

    1) Yes, you will weigh more at night than in the morning, because you've been eating and drinking all day. In the morning you are essentially in a fasted state.
    2) Personally, I like to weigh myself when I wake up, before eating but after using the bathroom, to eliminate as many variables as possible
    3) It's best not to weigh yourself more than once, maybe twice a week (if you really can't help it!) because your weight WILL fluctuate from day to day, and that can get frustrating and confusing. The less frequently you weigh in, the less you will be noticing the tiny, normal variations.
