Question for P90X users

Which discs do not require the Chin-up bar? I don't have one but would like to try some of the workouts.

    Off the top of my head: Plyo X, Kenpo X, Shoulders and Arms, Yoga X, Cardio X(?)

    And X Stretch. Really, if it says "Back" then you're going to use the pullup bar.

    You can use resistance bands in place of the bar. I actually used weights because my door frames don't allow for enough space on each side to accomodate a bar which sucks. Improvise if you have to.

    I do the lean version and only need the chi up bar during legs and back. BTW you can use bands (I use bow flex) vice the chi up bar

    also Core Synergistics does not use one, if i remember correctly. One of the better workouts too, imo
