yesterday my office has a bake sale, and while I didnt buy anything there were a ton of things left over. I'm talking cookies, cake, a whole cheese cake and a whole pumpkin pie.

I only took 1 oatmeal cookie this morning and have passed it by in the break room without touching anything!

Before I would have devoured at least a slice of each. haha

Thats a huge success!!!!...look at it this way add up the calories from a slice of everything and then look at the measely calorie count on a pretty healthy cookie theres a big calorie difference  ,,,,congrats!!

  • Today is the Organizational Picnic for work. I'm NOT going  I have to work out during my lunch hour. I don't want to eat Bar-B-Que, potato salad, beans, cole slaw, DESSERTS, etc! I'd RATHER man the office while all others attend and work out during my lunch hour

Gotta go eat my apple now. Blessings!
