So today is not one of my better days.. I woke up feeling extremely self concious. Im here to make a change..im am achieving it slowly..but im getting there..
I thought I would see change by now, but not quite.
Here is my true problem, as I look in the mirror I do not like the reflection I see. I need to change my body ASAP..by change I mean tone n just make it overall appealing to myself. Has anyone ever felt like this? Please feel free to share your experience even photos of your transformations..
I greatly appreciate all of you..Thanks for reading.

Hang in there! I really started noticing big changes once I hit around 25 lbs...and I'm sure it's different for everyone...I'm on the taller side so I think it took more weight to notice the difference. But you WILL get there! And you're doing GREAT! Just remember, if you stop now, you WON'T see that change you want, but once you do it will be SO worth it!! I can never remember how to upload photos, but I have a blog where I've shared my experience journey over the last 45 lbs (and I have 35+ to go) www.itsjess.com. It's way too much to share here in a post, lol:-)0

You are doing great! 15 lbs is a wonderful start. Don't get discouraged by changes you can't see.
I can definitely relate to how you're feeling in reference to the mirror. I think this though, has a lot more to do with our minds than what we are actually seeing! Something I constantly tell myself, is that you can't correctly mold a body that you don't love! With that said, you need to learn to love your body as it is - that way you are more likely to fuel and work it in a healthy way.
I have recently picked up weight lifting. (With in the last 6 months or so) It has does wonders for myself esteem. Now, it doesn't always make my scale go like I want it to, but it makes me feel strong and it gives me something else to focus on besides the stubborn scale!
You are already on my friends list, but we don't talk much - if you need any kind of support feel free to email me! )0 -
Thank you ladies..Im trying to wait it out. Its just hard.. How did you guys begin working out? What did you do first?0

Remember that whether you're over weight, under weight, or perfect weight, you will always be insecure about something you see in the mirror. Take me for example. I don't always like what I see in the mirror, and there's always something i I wish I could change. But it takes hard work and determination to get there. Everyone will have those days, so don't be too hard on yourself. Keep working hard and you will get to the place you wanna be. I promise! Don't give up and keep moving forward girl! Feel free to add me if you like! I love motivating others and giving tips/ advice! Good luck In Your journey!0
