Stay the course!! Staying the same weight is still success! You inspire me just b/c you're bumming about not losing something this week. Do a little cardio to push off the "down" feeling and burn a few more calories. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." Great job! Keep it up and you'll get through another hurdle.0

I'm in the same boat - we just need to keep on keeping on because while we may not see the number move, there are other things happening in our bodies and minds and we need to push through. The scale will stall, but our spirits don't have to.0

Same here! I actually gained. =( I recommend taking measurements also, and keep track of your fitness! That's how I got through today when the scale went backwards. =P I saw that I'm still losing inches and able to do even more of my workout! It's hard to keep momentum & motivation when nothing changes (or gets worse), but you just gotta keep on trekking! You can do it.0

don't be disheartened weight loss can be affected by lots - i am currently in maintenance and if i eat at my full calories, i find the next day i have gained a lb or 2 - not that i actually have, it's just water/food retention so don't worry!
as you lose more weight, the loss will happen more slowly but that doesn't mean it will stop so don't give up!0
