OK so I love this idea, I really love food and am not into starving myself. I've been doing MFP for about a month or so at 1500 calories plus eating back exercise so don't think I need a reset, plus I probably went over a fair few times.
So I started today at 1800 calories
I'm 171cm, 28 (next month) 202 bodyfat on F2F is 39.8 BMR 1712 TDEE 2354 at 20% cut (i'm obese) its 1883
My question is can I eat at my BMR and eat back exercise calories? or should I just eat at my cut? I have MFP set to 1800 and am 27 cals over today but I have a slight leeway according to my cut.
Just want to make sure I do things right. I also like the net feature on this so just wondering if its possible to still use it while EM2WL and how I would go about that?

just eat 1800-1900 every day if you're working from a TDEE with a cut.0
