exercise & healing

I'm super motivated and am dying to run again... but knee injuries are telling me no. They've been messed up for months (clumsy me managed to sprain them both within a month) and I can't afford to go to the doctor. They hurt on and off right now, and I really don't want to make it worse -- I still have my whole life ahead of me. I also am avoiding strain on my wrist, as I sprained it last year and didn't get a chance to let it heal properly. It hurts if I use it too much. Additionally, my hip has been messed up since I was about 12; it isn't quite in the proper place, and if I move it too much, it hurts to the point where I'm curled in a ball until it stops. I'm pretty sure I have slight scoliosis -- and if that's not it, then I just have a really messed up back. Again, can't afford health insurance, so haven't been to a doctor in years..
So with all of my health concerns, what other exercises can I do that are easy on the knees, hips, and wrists??
I know you guys aren't doctors, and I will eventually need to get professional help, but any advice is appreciated :flowerforyou:
