    Nope! Lunch for me is pretty standard because it's easy - hummus, veggies, fruit, yoghurt, and crackers. I think as long as you're hitting your macros and getting a good variety of foods within that day (i.e., lots of fresh fruits and veggies) then you're good.

    If your nutirition is good, go for it.

    Bulk spices are pretty cheap - you can vary that. When I was really broke, I lived on lentils, yoghurt, rice, beans, and whatever veggies were cheapest. Turnips and beets can go a long way . . .
