Best all body workout I EVER did!

Ok so sorry about the sensational title... But I'm sore... Good sore... But sore none the less...spent ninety minutes or so climbing up and down and straddling and squatting and sliding and slipping and splashing and lifting and lowering and pulling and pushing... Was sweating and breathing hard and covered in mud by the time we were done...

I went spelunking... I helped the others I went with to climb.... I'm not sure how to log it calorie wise... I definitely feel like it was a very intense workout...

Also a small nsv... My 15 year old son (5' 5" 165# of pure muscle gym rat) told me he could tell I'd been working out because he thought he was going to have to carry me out... I told him a year ago that was probably true... He told me he was proud of me...

You know you are winning when a teenager says something nice.

As for the workout, how much waiting around was there, how long were the intense periods of exercise or was it full on for 90 minutes.

I would enter "circuit training" in MFP cardio, be honest with the time spent exerting and that should give you an accurate "ish" figure.

I would say I only was relaxed for about ten minutes... Because there was a lot of climb up brace self hold pose in incredibly awkward position and pull someone up behind me...

It was indeed awesome... I would never even think about trying this even a year ago... And I think I love it!
