I have been a member for a week or two but have not introduced myself yet. I do not have a lot of weight to lose but want to take a few pounds off and feel better. Also to be able to keep up with the kids. They seem to be able to run and not get tired most days.
I used to exercise all the time ( weight lifting, biking , hockey, volleyball , running and baseball ).
Seems what I do most now is homework witht the kids and chores. I also switched jobs so that I spend most of my time at a desk with a computer or on the road driving ( which generally means fast food ).
I have to get back to doing some cardio again and stopping the night time snacks and the muffin in the morning with my coffee. I am not good at counting my calories but had better learn.
Looks like I had better start the changes today and not tomorrow.
From what I have read on some of the postings there are a lot of great people out there with good advice and alot of great support.
Good Luck to everyone !!!

Welcome!
This site is pretty easy to use and there are plenty of forums to find support in.

If Kid's energy could be bottled and sold then someone would be rich overnight selling it! I just joined also after my sisters told me about it. I've been wanting something like this to help track and figure the food values! It seems like it will be more fun than trying to do things by myself -- and work better too!0
