Hey was wondering if any one has good tips to tone up good and tighten up stomach if you already lost most the weight or only like 10 pounds to lose thx!

    what he said. lifting does wonders, expecially if you work out legs. legs legs legs. your thighs are the biggest muscles in your body, so concentrate on doing dead lifts and squats, and lots of them. check out strstd.com for a pretty balanced upper and lower body routine.

    also, kettle bells. nothing would hit my core harder then kettle bells. doing things like snatches, swings, and clean and press totally targets your core.
