I am trying to motivate my father into losing weight. He needs to lose around 300lbs. I am looking for stories similar to him. I would like a summary of your journey the ups and down and the outcome. Trials faced, and an encouraging line. I want to show him he is not the only one who has gotten this out of control and that he can overcome it like so many others. Please share. I need the stories!
