Dears as I started dieting I bought the above mentioned machine but I don't know if its enough for the daily training and I also need some info about how much calories this machine burns and was it a good investment or do I commit a mistake in investing in it

  • I'd never heard of it, but after a very quick look at google, i'd say you've been scammed.

There is no real exercise benefits from this machine. The idea that you can shake fat lose goes against biology. You'd be better off selling this and getting a gym membership or a treadmill. The most it will probably do is give you a good post workout massage.

I just googled this as they used to have a vibro machine at my old gym & I luv'd it. I would do a traditional weight workout & finish up with a lot of ab & balance moves on the vibro plate.

I haven't used this machine hence the google, but I think they are great for balance work & if used with a swiss ball can really hit up your abs.

From my understanding they were originally created for cosmonauts returning from space & where they had lost so much body mass & strength, these were seen as a low impact but effective way to work the muscles until they were fit enough to partake of traditional weight bearing exercise again.
