129.. but the ONE day that I missed logging in since I first started in about February was the day I had oral surgery and was pretty much out of it all day... I eventually logged in for that day but my ticker still reset.0

True People may be logging that they are eating twinkies but That is the first step in coming to terms with perhaps twinkies are not the best thing to eat. The point is Logging all our food is holding our selves accountable to what we eat. This is the First NSV that anyone looking to modify there diet and fitness leval should look to achive.0 -
