Worked my *kitten* off this week and gained :'(

My weekly weigh in day is Saturday morning. Last Saturday after I weighed in, I started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I've been doing it every single day no matter how sore I am and on top of that went to the gym 4 times this week. I've stayed under my calories every single day too! And I gained a pound this morning! I feel soooo discouraged. I don't even want to continue the shred. I took my waist measurement and it was the same as last week too. No progress :(

    You almost certainly did not gain 'real' weight. Your muscles are holding on to water to repair. That happens when you start working out or increase intensity.

    Do you eat back your calories? This happened to me when I first started. All I can say is keep at it, you will get there!

    Patience!! It'll happen....I didn't notice a change in my measurements untill about 2.5 weeks into the Shred. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll get there!
