My first ever hrm arrived today which is a polar ft7f. Just a simple question, as you lose weight do you need to change your weight you've inputted into it? Does it make a difference?

Yup, you should update at least once a month/every other month if you are loosing weight steadily. The HRM uses your weight to calculate calories burned and such, so you want the most up-to-date weight for the best and most accurate result.0

Agreed. I change it when the difference is 5 lbs off or if I'm bored and it is sitting next to me. xD0

I agree. The calories burned drops as weight drops.0
