All except the worst.. fat and sodium

No, b/c of those, I didn't excercise either
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a teeth cleaning and got my flu shot (ouch)
What would I have done differently? not had that crappy dinner and excercised

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories - will be kind of challenging since I skipped my step class this morning and am going out to eat tonight for my son's birthday0
