I have been here 12 days (ish). I have been good about logging food(exercise) daily and hitting the "complete entry" button...
BUT- what happens if I do not "Complete Entry" one day? Will I still be able to start fresh the next day? (we are getting ready to move cross country, long road trip- unsure if I can log each day)

Hitting complete entry only is to let MFP make an estimation about how much you'd weight in 5 weeks if you ate like that particular day every day for the next 5 weeks.

You can skip hitting it without any problems. You'll have a fresh log everyday.

Hitting complete also posts it your your homepage. So if you have friends on here, they'll see "3foldchord completed her diary entry for today and was under her calorie goal" or whatever. If you don't care about getting your 5-week estimate or having it posted to your wall, don't worry about it.

If you have an android or iphone you can add MFP app to it. It has been the best way for me to stay accountable. But I know if I still miss a day or meal I can back track on it and a traditional computer. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
