As you lose weight should you adjust your profile as to reconfigure your caloric intake or should you just let it ride with your initial starting weight?

I think it prompts you every 10 lbs, but yes you're right readjustment is a good idea.0

Of course you should. If I am not mistaken the way it calculates your calories burned is based on weight..Even tho the numbers aren't completely accurate you don't want them to be even more off by you not updating your weight.0
