Hey everyone! I've posted on a few topics hoping to get a few pointers. I am 22 and a female. My weight is right around 180-185 right now. I am 5'6" tall. My goal is 140ish. I took a bad spill off a horse over the winter and broke my hip, both arms, and my foot. Needless to say, I gained a ton of weight. About 35 pounds. I was a little fluffy at 155 before my accident. My diet right now is primarily fruits and veggies. Chicken or tuna occasionally. I walk a ton every day and will be running soon. I also ride my horses nearly everyday. I haven't had a big weight issue in the past so this is my first real diet. I'm just looking for some pointers and support. I want this to be a permanent lifestyle change!! Thanks!!
