gained weight

Question, Do you log it if you gain a couple pounds or just wait until
you start losing again? I was talking to my sis in law the other day and she pointed out if you put you gained then when you lose it's like your mfp friends are giving compliments twice on the same weight
loss which is true. I was just wondering how everyone else does things. have a great weekend everyone:)

    I have the same thinking as your sister in law. Honestly, when I "gain" it's only a pound or two, and nine times out of ten, it's because of salt, working out (muscle retains water to repair itself) or other such things that will resolve in the next couple of days. If you gain ten pound, I would record it though, because that is a significant gain to me.
