Need help!

So, MFP says that I should be eating 1540 calories a day to loose 2lbs a week.

Should I be eating every calorie? Or not?

I am loosing but I feel i'm not eating much less than I did before I started... but I am eating healthier and going to the gym.

Also, do people eat back their exercise calories? I don't but others seem to!

    eat however much ur comfortable eating, just make sure u are getting enough nutrition.

    it isn't accurate to better than 100 calories either way, so you don't need to try to control your diet to 4 significant figures.
