There is an interesting story in today's New York Times about the relationship between hunger and food choices. I knew there was a reason that I never let myself get hungry.

    Options
    I always crave empty carbs when I'm really hungry. Stupid things high in sugar or starch, which leads to bingeing. So, yup.
