New to MFP

Hello MFP world! I'm new to the site. Love the food journal. Best one I've used. Got a long road ahead of me so I needed something intuitive and easy to use.

I'm a group fitness instructor who took 6 months off from teaching for personal reasons. 15lbs later (gulp!) I'm getting back in the game. Food has always been a struggle for me. Hoping the combination of community support and easy to use tools will help keep me on track.

Happy to accept friend requests and love chatting.

    hi jen!! welcome to MFP!! iv only been on here a couple of months but im loving all the support and motivation and advice and it's really helped me with some of my food issues! feel free to add me im on here daily and always ready to offer support!! good luck on your journey!! :smile:
