Weird question...

I really don't know if this is the appropriate place to post this, lol. But I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this. Whenever I start cutting back on calories and exercising, I find that I have to pee a lot more than normal. Especially in the evening. It is sorta annoying. Anyone know why this happens?

It can sometimes be related to a reduction in carbohydrate intake and/or sodium intake. For me, if I suddenly eat fewer carbs, I experience the same thing.0

Probably drinking more water too? That's what did it for me....other than that I really wouldn't know.0

When I'm eating right and drinking the water I'm supposed to, I go to the bathroom a lot. I try to think of it as getting rid of the fat. And when it comes time for my weigh in, I've usually lost some weight.0

Is it possible you drink more water because you work out?
Eat less so you have less sodium in the body and still drink the same amount of water, you would have more flush.
Did you drink tea?
I pee during the night then I find out because I drink tea so I don't drink it by the afternoon.0 -
@firedragon, I don't drink tea that much. I do drink coffee in the morning, but never later than that or it will keep me up.
I guess maybe I am drinking more water because it has been a hot week here. But I am cutting back on carbs A LOT to stay under my calorie goal. Maybe that is it. Just want to make sure it isn't a signal of something bad.0
