Yeah I know sounds weird right?


this is a VEGAN alternative to dairy ice cream and so simple. freeze your overripe bananas, then blende them togather wiht peanut butter, some vanilla, splash of soy or almond milk, and some chocolate chips and boom! delicious.

or...if your like me and love chocolate, just add tablespoon of cocoa powder. And you pretty much get this..

There you go a delicious, healthy, nutrious, vegan ice cream treat. I haven't tried this yet but i will soon!
