Is there a difference between the amount of calories in a takeaway meal and a restaurant "sit-down" meal. For instance, If I get a chicken chow mein from a chinese takeaway and one from a chinese restaurant will they have different caloric values?

    well different restaurants have different recipes and ways of cooking so any differences will be based on that rather than how you get the mel
