Not sure which topic this goes under but I'm going to post it here too...
So I've been off all sugar (besides fruit) and mostly off substitutes for a couple months now but I've been craving it horribly because of pressures of work and being sick... does anyone have any advice or help for me? Pretty please...

The more sugar you eat, the more you crave, so if doable, try to avoid eating fruit early in the day ie for breakfast0

Cutting out all sweets other then furit? I have to ask why? Unless for you moderation is out.
How about water? If that doesn't work..
Get something very sweet or a yogurt. Or Greek Yogurt.
Or for the sake of your sanity...cheat?
Yet, at the store I found the Healthy choice Greek frozen yogurt cups. They have the taste of ice cream and they are really good. That might help.0 -
I try eating mostly veggies, fruit & protein ...... some grains, some dairy ...... but VERY LITTLE baked goods & starchy items ..... hardly any bread, white rice, potatoes, pasta ...... all this has greatly reduced my cravings for sweets :drinker:
Find out what works for you & best of luck !0
