hey guys, started to read this yesterdday at the bookstore but wanna hear more feedback before I purchase it. She makes it sound so easy and she is stupid thin already plus she's a natural food cook I think.

Any thoughts? anyone read the book and found that it helped? anyone find it useless?

Any comments wud be helpful

I read this book and think some of her "rules" are helpful. However, after a couple weeks I kind of forgot them. To really implement them into your life, I think you'd have to re-read the book every couple weeks.

I love Bethenny from the show, so I enjoyed reading her book overall. Its a good, quick read, but I'd try and buy a used copy! :)

hmm I'll go back and read some this wkend I love going to Barnes n Nobles or Borders. I find that when I actually buy a book it just sits on my desk. And when I have to make the effort to go there I sit and read for hours. I love bethenny too, right now i''m watching housewives or Atlanta and can't wait for the new season of OC to start.

    Thanks for ur input. :flowerforyou:

I haven't heard anything about her, but it seems to be "naturally thin" - one needs to work very hard. I know I do! Clean eating, working my butt off at the gym. It's basically accepting the fact you have a different lifestyle than the majority of America.

Once i (slowly) got that into my head, I guess it did become pretty "natural"!
