Ready to finish what I started!

So a year ago I had lost 60 lbs. I did it the healthy way eating right, walking, some workouts and lots of water. I maintained for the next year still wanting to lose at least another 40 to get myself out of the obese range but between working, raising kids and a sick husband, just couldn't get back in the groove again. My job had changed and it was super stressful now, my husband got sicker, our income got smaller. Not good excuses but just what was happening. Our scale died recently, during a time when my husband was in and out of the hospital, and I let things slide. Went back to eating what I knew I shouldn't,so in a very short amount of time I was up 10 lbs! So now I'm back determined to finish what I've started. I've got to figure out this exercise thing, how to make it work with my crazy life.
