Home Workouts

Ok so, I'm pretty broke (no job, no car and trying to get back into college) so I have no money for the gym.
I have no money to buy weights for the house either (sad day, I know).
Right now I'm pretty much just doing cardio which is taking a walk around the house, since I have a huge yard and live out in the country. I can't jog at the moment because of my knee and the fact that I'm so obese that I would kill over, lol.
Do you guys have any advice on home workouts?
Cardio and strength!

Do stuff that doesn't require weights, then. Push-ups, planks, squats, lunges, tricep dips, etc. bottles of water, canned goods, gallon of milk, etc. can be used as weights if needed. There are a thousand variations of those as well. For a good, high intensity cardio, do HIIT or Tabata. You can start with doing a little, and work up to more.0
