Today I did some specific hard physical work and according to my body bugg I burned a total of 954 calories during that 240 minute period. It is not going to be in the exercise database because it was demolishing a floor and removing the waste. I already had burned about 450 on a morning dog walk previous. Any suggestions on how to log this? Thanks!

For things like that I create a new cardio workout. Mine is just a general BodyBugg adjustment that I add the burn too. But you can name then whatever you want.0

You can create your own. After you search for it and get nothing you have the option of creating one.0

OK, I averaged the burn from the BB program and it looks like a brisk pace 4mph walk for me so I am using that. Thanks guys.0
