first thing that comes to mind is grilled chicken, alone, put on salad, etc. one breast is something like 148 cals.0

egg beaters, salad (with chicken breast), eye of round steak, soy beans, cottage cheese . . . .0

Plain greek yogurt, any meat or fish, protein powders, tofu, and the others that everyone has mentioned. I'm currently doing 30% carbs, 20% fat, 50% carbs and my diary is open. Feel free to friend me if you want to steal ideas0

What are you trying to do? Low carb/high protein? Lean proteins are poultry and fish, some non-fat dairy (Greek yogurt is a great protien source but can be high in carbs), protien shakes with water or non-fat milk (again depends on your carb limot). Not sure what you are really looking for.0

Poultry, bison, fish are your best options for that. I also use protein shakes (only with water) to make sure I hit my protein goal. I do sometimes get a few nuts, cheeses in but those are in moderation as the protein isn't that high and calories certainly are.
I am at 1200 cals with 100+ protein and less than 75 net carbs and I seem to be able to hit all three of those consistently (though the sodium limit I go over all the time) by relying mostly on the protein sources above.0
