OMG pins and plates! If you can't exercise do yourself a favor and do the livercleansing diet. It is a nonstarve diet (it doesn't even count calories) and it doesn't require exercise to help shed the weight. You can lose 0.8 to 1kg a week on livercleansing diet without lifting a finger. Once you lighter see how you feel then.

I'd say take it slow. It is far too risky forging ahead when you are not fully healed and risking further injury. Eat clean for now. Stay positive. Do you have rehabilitative exercises you could do to assist healing? Start with that. When I was injured, I started with T-TAPP to help the healing process. I felt it put me in a good place to start my exercise routine.0
