I found a tortilla soup recipe on Mens Health that is really good and full of protein and fiber. We made it last night and it only takes about an hour to make, but it'll be less time after I get the recipe down. If you knock out the tortilla chips from the recipe you can knock out quite a few calories and processed carbs. Just thought I'd share the recipe with anyone that is looking for soup now that it's getting colder.

*Edit: We added a can of corn and a can of black beans to the recipe. I was pretty surprised that beans weren't in the recipe.
