Hey, so I am not a huge apple fan.
But I know they are pretty good for you.
And my boyfriend loves them, so I always have them in the house.
Today when I went shopping, I noticed the grocery store selling a small snack size pack of caramel dip.
I tried it today !
It was delicious, and I could actually eat the apple ! lol.
It's the skin and texture of the apple I don't like.
But the skin has the majority of nutrients so I've heard.

Anyways, I've been hunting down the nutrition facts, and I'm getting a whack of different numbers !
I don't know what the actual nutrition facts are.
It was a 57g little package, Marzetti's is the namebrand. Old Fashioned Caramel Dip.

I could only eat half of the container. So I only had half of it.
BUT I would like to know the nutritional info for the whole snack pack one, the whole 57g so I can add it to my diary.
If anyone can find the EXACT info, I'll love you forever.

Those are the main 2 I am getting.
Big differences though.

There are 3 Marzettis there ;) One of them is probably your dip.

ohk thank you, so far i've seen 130, 140, and 210 cals.
I'm just going to go with 210 calories .... so atleast i'll be over estimating, than underestimating.

Got it from the company 's website. I went through Google. 57 g container is 2 ounces. Terrible news! 6 servings PER container. 210 call PER serving! YIKES. have you tried baking your apples? I cut mine skin on, in 8s then in 4s. I sprinkle with cinnamon add 1 tbsp brown sugar about 50 calories. 1 tsp butter about 35 calories. and 2 tbsp of any kind of juice. too small to count as food intake. i tsp of vanilla. Microwave for 4 or so minutes ( all ovens vary). It really tastes like a caramel butter sauce. for about 85 extra calories. The Mazetti is almost ALL high fructose corn syrup. hope this helps.
