Hello there!

Hello there! I am a teen with a dream! I am probably the youngest person on this community here but, exercise is even hard for teens. I am 14 years old, 5 feet 4 inches and 137 pounds. It wasn't a cake walk to this weight either. It all started in 2010 when I went to go get my physical for volleyball. I was 169 pounds. Almost on the verge of being in the 170's! My doctor told me I could end up having high blood pressure if I keep going in the same direction I was heading for, so I made a change. I exercised and ate right and I got to 143 pounds by beginning of 8th grade. So the whole year of 8th grade I only lost 6 pounds =( It's OK though I am not going to give up! My goal for my height is 120 pounds and with this program I hoping to lose 17 pounds by the time sophomore year comes rolling around. Wish me luck everyone! :) Add me as a friend if you wanna xxx
