Too Many Vegetables?

My god can I eat A LOT of green vegetables in one sitting. I'm talking like stalks of broccoli in a go. I don't eat grains, and sparingly use oil, measure out my meats but will this set back my fat loss? According to MFP I'm in my calorie range (I'm not too strict weighing the veggies -- but I know what 4 cups of cooked veg looks like at dinner :/)

(If you look at my food diary... yes i did drink, eat peanut butter and chocolate this week -- i quit my job so there were many unusual celebrations -- not looking to keep that up. that's for sure!)

Your dairy is closed to the public, but a stalk of broccoli isnt much to me either.

Unless you're eating massive amounts of corn and potatoes as your veggies- lots of veggies are GOOD! Most veggies you can eat to your heart's content- its the butter, oil, cheese, ranch dressing, etc that become limiting factors for many.

(my family counts corn as a veggie- I'm not accusing you of this!)

Yes, stay away from the green corn and potatos, I don't think they've bred that with broccoli yet, only cauliflower :P
