Just curious to see what everyone takes as a daily multi vitimin, and other supplements they may take.

    I take women's one a day and some fish oil

    I just started vitamin C for the cold and flu season.
  • Women's Ultra Mega from GNC. I only take half the dose and make up for the rest with healthy eating. This way my bases are covered.
