injury and working out.

Hi everyone!
I'm afraid I have injured my knee from working out. I am not sure what exactly caused this but I am led to believe it was caused by my improper form during squats.
Well anyways.. I have my cals set at my TDEE (1950) and I eat the same amount of cals everyday regardless of if I workout or not.
So my question is, should I continue eating at my TDEE for the next few days while I rest or should I lower it since I will be pretty sedentary.
Any advice helps,
thanks!
