Great job! You look so much happier and more confident!
  • You look amazing! Was it hard at first to cut down on your eating after your GB, or did it come naturally to stop when you feel full?

It wasn't hard to cut down because I physically couldn't eat very much. The hardest part was getting in enough calories and protein. For the first month, I was only able to eat about 300 calories a day even though I was supposed to eat 1000. Now I get in between 800-1000/day.

The full feeling is something you don't really feel at first. It's more of learning what your body is feeling. Even now, I don't "feel full", but rather have severe discomfort if I over eat. And all it takes is 1 extra bite to get that way. It really is an entire new learning process, but it has been worth it!
