Well, you could fast for 9 days and just drink some water and vitamin pills. It's a horrible solution, but similar to any other quick fix, especially if you not build back your calories somewhat slowly after that time.

If you need a challenge, here's one. Eat healthy. Also during your holidays.

    1. Detoxing your body isn't a thing. That's what you have a liver and kidneys for.
    2. Eating healthy will have you feeling well enough to enjoy your vacation. Crash dieting will make sure you are too cranky to have fun.
    3. If 1 and 2 don't convince you, at least choose a fad diet where you are merely starving yourself as opposed to destroying your intestines (a la lemonade with cayene pepper).

I'm not going to lecture you on the unhealthiness of overeating followed by crash dieting followed by overeating, but what you're looking for just isn't really practical. In 9 days, you are not going to burn much fat. Things like "detox diets" might make you drop a few pounds on the scale but it will be mostly water weight, not fat. Presumably you are more concerned with what you look like to other people than what the scale says? It's extremely unlikely that anything you do in these 9 days will make a visible difference to how your body looks. It there is any particular food group that makes you bloated, then perhaps you could cut down on that to feel a bit better, but losing significant amounts of fat is a more long term thing.

Try and eat well enough this week that you have lots of energy, and then go and enjoy your holiday! When you look back on it in 10, 20, 30 years time, it's not your weight that you will be remembering, but the good times you have.
