insanity to running

before insanity my running was kind of slow stopped during a 3 mile run with son. Did insanity 60 day work out lost 25 lbs now i have started running with my girlfriend. What a world of differance, compared to insanity its easy. doing my first 10k this week working up to a half marathon. :happy: i miss the insanity burn so may need to do it again

This is helpful. I'm finishing up week 6 of Insanity and have started to think about what to do next. I was thinking about training for a 5k in the fall. Before Insanity, I couldn't run a full mile without stopping. It will be interesting to see how my cardio endurance has improved post-Insanity.
