about walking or sitting in the sun--wear a hat. We had a yard sale at our place today, and I got my exercise with that and taking our signs down afterward.
Since I unwisely did not wear a hat, I am just now coming off the WORST headache of my life. :sad: :frown: And a sunburned scalp (OUCH!).
