When I started this journey in January I was not serious about it. Around Feb I stared following my calories on MFP like a bad habbit and was very strict on myself for months. Around March I thought I would see how long it would take me to get to my "dream" weight. So I got out my trusty old paper calendar and started counting weeks. At 2 pounds a week I posted "goals" about every 4 or 5 weeks on my calendar. On July 23rd the number I had to write was 130. I stopped counting weeks there because I was pretty sure I would never make it past 140 or so. At that time I didnt even know why I was writing all this out on paper. Just daydreaming I guess... I looked at the date and thought "Wow, July is a long time away" this was in March. Well here we are in July and guess what I weigh...

Just wanted to post the picture as proof =)
It may seem like a long ways away or a dream weight at the time, but it is totally possible! You just have to stick with the program<3
