Ok so I was just looking at how I have my goals set up, and I have it set to Sedentary since I sit all night at my job and I have it set to 5 workouts a week for 45 minutes. I know MFP takes into account the calories for daily activity, but my question is why does it have you put in the amount of workouts? It doesn't already account for those right (you still log those workouts daily)? I was just curious if anything changes based on that setting?

Nope. It is just there for setting goals for yourself.

^ This ...these workout are an additional target to aim for. Like you calories, and say carbs or protein values. For me it helps to keep me on track. I may see that by say Thursday I have not done nearly what I intended to do I will redouble my efforts:wink: . That's why they are there. Good Luck xx

OK thanks, I workout more now then I did when I first signed up for MFP so I wanted to make sure I shouldn't be doing something different at this point. Thanks again!
