hello everyone, hope your having a good day!
I am off on my holidays on tuesday fro a week which has made me a little anxious. I am looking forward to relaxing but I also am nervous not to have my fridge and kitchen with me. I like ot be in control of what I eat and restaurant menus never seem to have what I am looking for. I want to prepare my own food! Also no treadmill out there.
Anyone else off on thier holidays? or just got back? any advice?

Let go have a holiday just don't eat and drink too much your not going to gain 12lb in a week unless you really go to town, once you get back into your normal pattern again it will go as quick as it went on.0
