Ugh soapy taste

I am comfortable enough to call myself a really good cook in the kitchen but I have no clue what happened this morning!! I used a new dish soap that has such an overwhelming floral smell to it and immediately got started cooking breakfast (have to share because it is so good and so filling and incredibly low on calories- La tortilla low carb wrap filled with one egg, 2 slices of black bear mesquite turkey, and sriracha) with it. My wrap tasted like dish soap...I could not even get a quarter of the way through it!

I have never had this problem before and I always check neurotically to make sure that I have no soap on my pans if I use them right after cleaning. Has this ever happened to anyone???
