Hi everyone….

Well, it seems this page is full of hellos so I will try not to bore you!

I shall provide a quick overview of myself and my personal goals for the next 20 weeks and hopefully the rest of my life….

I started using the app a week ago, weighing in at a HUGE 117kg. A week in and I have got ride of almost 6kg through a steady diet and some hard exercise.

My future….

Goal 1 - Current weight is 11.5kg I wish to get down under the 110kg by the middle of August.

Long term I wish to reach around 88kg which would give me a BMI in the 'normal' category!!

    the app and reading peoples stories is really good, really feel I can keep this up and hopefully reach my goals by christmas!
