Raspberry Ketones or Other Supplements?

Hello all,
Let me start with a quick introduction into my story. I have always been a very active female who loves outdoor activities. Over the past year I gained a decent amount of weight due to some health issues. I was put on constant birth control pills for ovarian cysts and other issues. I had a lot of health problems over the past year including multiple sinus infections, ear infections, stomach issues, and overall fatigue. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and through that diagnosis, it was determined that I am also B12 deficient. I have gone off the constant active BC pills and have started working out again. I have about 35 lbs to lose that I gained from all the health problems. In addition to all this, I have food allergies (WAHOO!) I am allergic to cow's milk, eggs, oranges (slight), peanuts, cashews, lima beans, and paprika. I take a daily women's multivitamin, calcium gummies, garlic supplements, spirulina (a blue green algae), and a probiotic. I also take my regular BC (generic Ortho Cyclen) and Adderall, plus Clonidine (low dose) for sleep at night due to the Adderall. I am not wanting a "weight loss drug", trust me, Adderall is hard enough to eat with. I am interested in anything that can have added health benefits or added "body cleansing" benefits. I am not a health food nut, however, having a degree in animal science, having taken plenty of nutrition and food science classes, I do try, when possible, to eat my foods in as natural of a state as possible. This, for me, is just a personal choice because I believe we put too much crap in our diet that we don't know that much about. I am a smoker and have a goal of quitting in the next few months. I drink plenty of water daily and exercise at least 6 days a week. I have heard information about raspberry ketones that was interesting on the whole Dr. Oz deal. I also am interested in information about acai berries, not because of the weight loss attribute, but due to the antioxidant quality. Anyone have any information regarding these or any other supplements that you believe are beneficial to an active, healthy lifestyle?

Don't bother wasting your money on Raspberry Keytones and generally speaking, watch Dr. Oz for entertainment only.

Oh no worries, I am not a part of the Dr. Oz craze. I actually heard about raspberry ketones from a friend who is taking them and swears by them. I happened upon them on Dr. Oz when I was searching about them. I was just curious if anyone else had experience with them. I am more interested in acai due to the antioxidant qualities, but thought I would see if anyone had any experience with them.
